Report on recommendations for critical component testing at low TRLs

A global assessment will be given of the current stage of ocean energy technologies with respect to reliability and management of uncertainties at early development stages. General guidelines for critical component testing at low TRLs will be provided. Potential for cost-reduction pathways for ocean energy technologies will be produced considering the experimental results from User Cases. From these results, recommendations to the ocean energy sector will be prepared that will include a specific focus on go/no-go decisions.Outcome of tasks 6.4
