Terms of Reference (ToRs) of and Nation/Regional Hubs deliverable is aimed to Set-up and Support the network of National/Regional Hubs and to mobilize the Hubs to become “competence centres” to support the deployment of the BlueMissionMed activities. The activity is linked to Task 2.3.
