A report on opportunities, enabling factors, gaps, barriers, resistances and needs is delivered in relation to Task 3.4 activities:- to frame gaps (including R&I needs at basin level), barriers & resistances (e.g. innovation readiness, cultural, economic, regulatory framework, etc) and needs for the implementation of the innovative solutions identified in the 35 innovative transformative solutions; - to provide recommendations to the pathway for implementation; - to provide requirements and needs in terms of capacity and support for the design of WP4 catalogue of services
