Data Management Plan

The first version of DIOPTRA Data Management Plan will be produced by T2.1. DMP will be the blueprint required to make European research data and infrastructures Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable according to the FAIR Principles. Specifically, it will focus on the database resources and the AI models, as well as (meta)data standards and data policies. In particular the GO FAIR, which is a stakeholder driven and self-governed initiative to implement the FAIR data principles, and the FAIR methodology, which provides guidelines for the implementation of the FAIR data principles throughout the research data life cycle, will be taken into consideration. Considering that the patients’ data are sensitive personal data, the relevant legal framework for the patients’ rights is the Data Protection Directive on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/67984 will be addressed.
