SHIELD4CROWD GPB Structure and roles

This deliverable will describe the roles and structure of the GPB, it will report on the work of the group and include the future mechanisms for SHIELD4CROWD community operations beyond the end of the project. It will also identify the Lead Procurer and ensure the commitment of Public Buyers through letters of intent.
