Data Management Plan 2nd release

Summary
The Data Management Plan will provide an analysis of the main elements of the data management policy that will be used by with regard to research data that will be generated by the project. SOCIO-BEE participates in the Pilot on Open Research Data in Horizon 2020 to improve and maximise access to and re-use of research data generated by actions. This deliverable will outline how data will be handled during and after the project period. The DMP will include: (i) Reference and name of the data set as well as the organisation in charge (including contact details); (ii) Description of the data set (origin, nature, utility, etc.); (iii) Standards and metadata; (iv) Data exchange (access procedures); (v) Archiving and preservation (long-term preservation procedures); (v) A list of the software tools envisaged to be used during the project for research purposes and justification (vi) The data security protocol (including organisational and technological measures); (vii) Brief overview of the data protection legal requirements, including the contacts of the partners’ designated Data Protection Officers (DPO) or in case there is no designated DPO, the organisation’s data protection policy. The DMP is an output of Task 1.3.This is the second version of the DMP and will be delivered in M20.
