Policy brief about barriers and opportunities for the transition from linear fossil-based to a circular bioeconomy

This first policy brief will list the barriers and opportunities for the transition toward a circular bio-based economy identified in T1.1, 1.2, and 3.1. The policy brief itself will be created in Task 4.4.
