DT-AGEF Data features and modelling implementation, v1

Will present more matured versions of DT-AGEF specific solutions for probabilistic and deterministic models. The updated version of the D8.2 use cases and 3 new use cases of probabilistic and deterministic AGEF models will be tested. Suggestions for final implementation will be provided.
