Described in T1.6. To be updated in alignment with the different project phases. The plan will aim to: ● Raise awareness, ensuring project visibility via effective actions and channels; ● Engage with key stakeholders, creating the conditions for an effective mobilisation and engagement of end users that contribute to the project; ● Foster outreach, via communication of the results across Europe and the development of a community around the project objectives; ● Influence key decision-makers, particularly regulators, by sharing and transferring relevant conclusions derived from the activities and project outcomes; ● Boost sustainability, paving the way for future exploitation through effective collaboration of stakeholders during and after the project ends. For that purpose, CED Plan will: (i) Characterise in detail the target audience ensuring the adoption of a multi-stakeholder approach to deliver targeted content, agree on the precise definition – values, expectations etc. of these target groups, as well as the most effective ways to reach and engage with them; (ii) Define targeted key messages to inform the audience about the objectives and expected results as well as to increase awareness about the project; (iii) List impact-based communication and dissemination actions, formats, channels, and scheduling of activities; and (iv) Define indicators, monitoring actions and roles.Planned updates: 12, 18.
