Data Management Plan

Considering Open Access and Open Research Data in Horizon 2020, scientific datasets will be deposited in open access repositories, and a repository number will be provided in the action reports for each publication. Transcriptomic data from each mouse model will be fed into the European archive of functional genomics data ArrayExpress, which stores data from high-throughput functional genomics experiments, and which will allow us to provide these data for reuse to the wider ataxia research community.
