Final version of the exploitation and dissemination plan

The exploitation and dissemination plan of the project results is finalized with a comprehensive dissemination strategy and based on the exploitation interests of all members, discussed in workshop before (M30). It will address a roadmap for further collaboration and continued exploitation of results after the DeDNAed grant period.
