Summary
The report will include data regarding identification and setup of lab-in-the-field sites (Task 5.1) and results of the longitudinal monitoring of microbiome dynamics and circulations across the Atlantic salmon and seabream aquaculture actors, from farm to fork (fish from egg to slaughter, feeds/supplements, processing and production system/environment, workers, food), as well as identification of correlations between food chain microbiomes and performance parameters (Task 5.2).
