Best practise for stakeholders' engagement

This deliverable will be the outcome of Task 2.3. It will provide guidelines for best practices for stakeholders engagement in the process of design and implement CE water technologies. It will asses the use of CoPs to develop and transfer water-mining knowledge, and develop a a model of social learning dealing with impact, institutional and moral uncertainties.
