Report on the operation and optimisation process of CS5

This deliverable is associated with Tasks 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4. Energy, phosphorus and water will be obtained from Case Study 5 on Water-Mining project. To achieve this goal, a protoype including the following processes will be operated: (i) granular anaerobic membrane bioreactor (AnMBR), (ii) partial nitritation (PN) reactor with granular biomass, (iii) anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) reactor with granular biomass, (iv) vivianite crystallizer (ViviCryst) and (v) biophree adsorption. This deliverable report will include data obtained along the operation of each unit, aiming to optimize the operation of each process.
