Summary
A working paper, which will include: (1) literature review of methods to assess on the social, behavioural and public perception barriers for reducing energy and carbon emissions of food chain; (2) justification of the method adopted in this project to understand and assess social, behaviour and attitudes barriers and drivers for energy and cooling for food chain; (3) key findings of the social, behavioural and public attitudes factors/drivers for energy and cooling demand of food chain up to 2050.
