Learnings and recommendations of the PCP process for Phase 0; Pha.1(v2: M21); Pha.2(v3:M30), Pha.3(v4.M40)

This task will review SPACE4Cities’ PCP process in a “lessons learned '' report covering the experiences of the partners and all activated ecosystems of practitioners and stakeholders, throughout the project’s ‘PCP Preparation’ (Phase 0) and ‘Execution’ stages (Phase 1 (v2: M21), Phase 2 (v3:M30) and Phase 3 (v4.M40). Ultimately/Finally this report will translate into recommendations for future PCP initiatives and further development of the PCP as an instrument; and a guidebook for the usage of innovative procurement for procuring digital solutions in the Satellite downstream applications at the service of cities and regions.
