ECO-Qube Guidelines for efficient implementation of data centers in buildings

Constitutes the best practices and guidelines aiming raised awareness about data centre energy efficiency. Different versions might be developed for the information validation and dissemination purposes. It is the result of task 5.1 - a first version will be delivered in M24, used in WP6, and the gathered experiences are used toupdate the guidelines to the final version in M36.
