Development of LCA/LCC tool for Transition Support (T3.1)_v2

Delivery of the second version of the LCA/LCC tool for Transition Support corresponding to Task 3.1. This tool will calculate the environmental gains and associated cost savings, from the implementation of RES based and grid counter-congestion strategies at a user and community level.
