Final release of the DECENTER architecture specification and use cases

EU lead participant: UL, Korean lead participant: DW. This deliverable will publicly deliver the final version of use case descriptions, business goals, technical and user requirements, resource and SLA models and overall architecture. The deliverable will also include a preliminary analysis of the business models.
