Project website, initial live version for continual update

MCT will launch and update a dedicated project website by M3, which will give users an overview of the project and its partners. It will also include pages for academic papers, policy documents, a deliverables repository, and a calendar featuring relevant events. The website will be updated and maintained on a regular basis.
