Definition of quality criteria for practices, activities and tools

D4.2 defines general quality criteria for the practices, activities and tools for the promotion of minority languages on the basis of the outcomes of D4.1. The quality criteria are the result of a co-operative engagement in which community members and stakeholders from the case studies (and beyond) are included.
