One summary Panorama report 1 report per Cluster with 4 partners country reports combined

The panorama report describes state of matters, R&D directions, strengths and weaknesses related to the TWG topics, covering Europe and the 4 Asian countries. It combines cluster level reports to be provided by each cluster leader. These reports are built using the TWG factsheets and include a cluster level synthesis for Europe and each of the Asian countries. This panorama report will be used in consultation session.
