A concise summary capturing the actions taken concerning desk research, interviews, and consultations conducted in WP4. It provides a snapshot of expert insights across domains of TWGs, the evolution of Digital Partnerships, and the evidence-based materials shaping the Opportunity Report. The document also points to major findings from the surveys, key topics of interest for public consultations, and offers a glance at the preliminary feedback on Panorama and Opportunity Reports. The report will be developed initially at M12, and updated every 12 months (M24, M36).
