This deliverable will present the activities implemented under T4.1 to further strengthen and expand the Excellent entrepreneurial ecosystem, including the indicators of new enrollments, members, new best solutions and approaches to identify needs, extra regions of scouting, collection of local contacts, reinforcement of collaboration and matchmaking process and more.
