Methodology for digital transformation

This deliverable describes the new ADMA methodology for SME transformation including the novel SME opt-in mechanism, iterative learning loops and the implementation plans. Updated twice throughout the project based on learning loops and feedback from the Advisory Board, service providers and services users, particularly SMEs. Connected to T1.1.
