2 mentors’ videos will be developed throughout the project. The first one will be done by month 3 following the “meet your new instructor” masterclass format,16 promoting the mentors’ projects, expertise and learning offer to potential applicants. This video will be intensely used in the engagement campaigns and will complement the mentors’ profiles on the website detailing their expertise and case studies. The second video will be finalised by month 40 and will focus on the mentees progress, achievements, and testimonies from local politicians.The first video will be made in month 4 and the second in month 30.
