This report will include the elaboration of a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis, focusing on the lessons learnt from the past experiences of sustainable local project implementation and on specific implementation activities foreseen within the project. First version will be delivered in month 18, and the final in month 38.
