Report on energy justice for vulnerable households

This deliverable maps out vulnerable populations across Europe that may be at risk of (increased) energy poverty due to identified low-carbon lifestyle options. Additionally, the report will highlight measures that deliver most equitable, just mitigation measures, i.e. are suitable and cater most for the needs of vulnerable populations. Output of T6.2.
