The ARSINOE Multi-System Dynamic Modelling Framework

This deliverable is directly linked to Task 3.5 and subtask 3.5.1. It will report on the development of ARSINOE Multi-System Dynamic Modelling Framework. It will present both established and potential linkages between different aspects of the modelling life cycle, for example, (i) model development approach, such as conceptual modelling and participatory modelling, (ii) modelling methodology, such as statistical or dynamic modelling, continuous or discrete-time, modelling resolution, (iii) data requirements and input data analysis, such as existing datasets or primary data collection, (iv) validation and verification of models, such as expert-opinion, statistical analysis, (v) model implementation, such as software user, interoperability of software, model reusability, APIs for input-output and control of the simulation program, (vi) experimentation, such as number of replications, involvement of stakeholders in developing scenarios and (vii) efficacy of the modelling approach.
