Citizen Observatory deliverable

This deliverable is directly linked to Task 3.7. It will consist of a transversal platform (Citizen Observatory) to engage citizens in providing data for different use cases. The delivered platform will be built on the existing Citizen Observatory, Natusfera, while extending the observational capabilities to different environmental variables (ensuring a minimum TRL4-5 at the beginning of the project, and a TRL6-7 at the end) to provide services to facilitate peoples participation.
