Standard operating protocols (SOP) for identification in non target sceening (NTS) methods and quantification in suspect screening

Produced as a result of T1.1 and T1.2, including ST1.1.3, ST1.2.1, ST1.2.2, ST1.2.3, and ST1.2.4. A report on the SOP for the identification workflow describing confidence levels for identification (Level 1-4); and a draft of a scientific article that describes the semi-quantification workflow for LC-MS and/or GCxGC-HRMS suspect screening and NTS The development of this deliverable will include collection of water samples in the 3 case studies.
