Design and hardware implementation of initial digital twin prototype (DTP)

This deliverable reports on the design and hardware implementation of an initial Digital Twin Prototype (DTP) using and an accumulation of modelling methods (i.e., finite element methods, cellular automata, various neural networks) to mimic the production of ELMs and, most important, their electrical behavior.
