Summary
Based on project-specific pilot experience, this deliverable will analyse the technical, regulatory, data management, societal (e.g. citizen engagement), security, market and knowledge related issues that hinder the active participation of citizens in the energy transition and the achievement of the Green Deal long-term targets.
