An automated system for planning and decision making on deconstruction and demolition supported by a database of EoSL materials and products

Taking the digital twin model developed in D3.1 as the starting point, the report of deliverable D3.2 will describe how to automate the waste audit, i.e. the planning and decision making on deconstruction and demolition. It will consist of the following main sections: (1) a description of the digital twin of the construction; (2) a database of EoSL materials and products; (3) methodology of optimisation to achieve the highest value of reuse and recycling; (4) quantities of different types of waste materials and reusable components to be extracted from the EoSL construction, based on an optimisation process; (5) recommendation for downstream processing of recyclable materials and reusable components.
