Summary
Report related to task 1.3 which aims at identifying and understanding the needs, demands, reservations and quality perceptions of all actors throughout the lifecycle of the value chains of coatings on textile, food trays and cosmetic glass containers: It will be built on a quadruple helix understanding of innovation ecosystems including (i) up- (e.g., coating formulators) and downstream actors (e.g., foodservice companies, clothes producers, cosmetic producers), (ii) public market shaping entities (e.g., European CHemicals Agency (ECHA), (iii) European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)) and (iv) private Non-Government Actors for consumer perception. This will provide a state-of-the-art overview crossing the three identified value chains with each of the quadruple helix actor groups. A workshop (WS) from the stakeholder group will serve to ground the results of the value-chain analysis and to propose recommendations for improving the co-design process of BIO-SUSHY solutions and to mitigate barriers to social acceptance (see T1.4). Axia will gather information of results and consider distributing surveys among the stakeholders and society to support the dissemination and exploitation strategies of BIO-SUSHY
