D8.3 refers to task 8.6. The deliverable reports the impact assessment of social and technical innovations on the integrated energy system communities, citizens involvement, local economy and environment. It’s verified through the positive socio-economic and technical influence from the innovations that contributes to a successful autarkic local energy system.
