Co-creation action plans for Santiago and Aarhus

This D1.1 will contain a detailed description of the stakeholders along UWR management cycles in Aarhus and Santiago, as well as in a general setting, and how the LSB and the ISB were formed. Furthermore, the report will describe the resulting stakeholder participation strategy, indicating who, when, how and for what each key actor should be involved in co-creating the WATERUN tools (for monitoring, modelling, risk management tools, GI and guidance for decision-making).
