Final ranking list of best tenders (D3.2). An expected minimum of 18 Tenderers will be presented to the Buyers group for participating in the PCP phase 1. Additional Tenderers may be selected provided they pass the threshold and there is still sufficient PCP Phase 1 budget to fund their Tender.
