Gender Analysis Report v1

The leader and main contributor is TECN. The rest of the consortium members will contribute with their own experiences.This report will contain a second version (M18) of a Gender Equity Management (defining the initial steps of the project and the outline guidelines, an action plan, and corresponding monitoring indicators to promote gender balance across various aspects of the project). A second part will be an analysis of the existing state of gender-related research in the context of bio-based construction materials. Additionally, it will involve the implementation and subsequent analysis of an internal survey within the INGUMA project to provide insights into the current state of art. It will include all the outputs of the Task 7.4.
