Application of physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model for fish to selected APIs (D2.2.3)

Report describing the application of the PBPK model for fish to selected APIs, including the APIs selected for in vivo testing in WP1.3 and for measuring blood partitioning in WP2.4. Model predictions are compared with predictions of the FPM and, where available, with in vivo data. Differences are explored to formulate recommendations for improving the fish plasma model (FPM).
