D4.3 collects the final outcomes of T4.1, T4.2 and T4.3, will build upon D4.2, and report on the final implementation and evaluation of the BeGREEN intelligent plane of T4.1, the AI/ML algorithms to enhance energy efficiency of user plane functions of T4.2, and the AI/ML algorithms for energy efficient edge service control developed in T4.3.
