U-SIM: A simulation based tool to evaluate the short and medium-large term impact of the urban mobility measures.

This deliverable highlight the functionalities of the U-SIM tool with a focus on new features and improvements developed within the project and it shows the results of the simulations ran in the UPPER cities.The deliverable refers to task T3.2.A first version will be prepared in M16 which will be revised & updated in M28.
