D6.1 Legal and ethical inventory and in-depth analysis

This deliverable aims to provide early-on legal advice to the project partners in the conception phase of the project as to ensure that fundamental legal requirements won’t be overlooked. First a data protection impact assessment will be carried out and an inventory will be composed comprising all relevant ethical and legal requirements. (M1-M6) Second the fundamental legal and ethical requirements will be studied in-depth based on an extensive analysis of legislation, case law and doctrine. This analysis will result in a report suggesting how to implement privacy- and data protection-by-design principles in the Made4You project. (M6-M12)
