D1.1 Engagement strategy & documentation of events

The engagement strategy describes the activities that will be executed to establish a collaboration with local communities and stakeholders. The strategy will be adapted towards the local context of the partner lab. A catalogue of events and formats will allow to transfer the experiences in the future. To support the exchange several formats for the gatherings of makers will be documented. These formats enable other Fab labs or makerspaces to host these gatherings and are organised thematically. The deliverable will include a visual report from all the activities that took place during Y1 while working with the local communities, from Meet-ups, experience workshops and presentations. An overview of ideas and prototypes that stakeholders have been designing and iterating during the Open Days, is included. In addition, the deliverable will report on the Open Call and its outcomes.
