Summary
The report includes a strategic outreach plan that will describe the different stakeholders and how we envision the community building; it will also include a summary of the main instruments designed for that purpose, e.g. CI, project website, contact databases, target groups specific outreach kits. It will also provide a summary of activities performed during that year, including information on the media coverage, KPIs for dissemination e.g. published articles, number of events and type of events, number of media partnerships, social media channels, documentation and outreach materials published under open license, quarterly newsletter, etc.
